Prometheus star Michael Fassbender's production company DMC Film have begun to develop a script based on the popular video game
Assassin's Creed.
Fassbender is also expected to star in the film. No time table for
which the movie will be released or which game in the series it will be
based on is known yet.
Assassin's Creed is the story of a bartender called Desmond Miles who is kidnapped by a
shady corporation and forced to relive the memories of his 12th century
ancestor, Ataïr Ibn-La’Ahad. Ataïr was an Assassin who happily stabbed
his way to the truth with a big sword and a cool hood, using the
unstoppable power of R-trigger+.
